About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for relocation clients and the leader driving project execution. This role blends strategic client service with hands-on project delivery. Success requires a calm, confident approach, strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-faceted environments.
Position Goals
Deliver outstanding client satisfaction throughout each project.
Drive consistent execution using Visions’ project framework.
Manage budgets effectively, balancing client expectations with cost efficiency.
Meet or exceed all agreed-upon project KPI’s.
Champion team collaboration and cross-company partnership.
Role/Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact for all client activities and communications.
Establish and maintain strong relationships, aligning expectations across all stakeholders.
Develop and implement project plans and budgets in partnership with clients and vendors.
Track financials, review invoices, and ensure projects are delivered on budget.
Manage workflows, timelines and deliverables, ensuring all details are tracked and documented.
Lead planning meetings and coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with client and Visions’ standards, including safety, security and policy requirements.
Oversee vendor and contractor performance; evaluate and ensure quality of service.
Prepare project status updates, financial tracking, and due diligence documentation.
Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues.
Mentor and train project coordinators, building team capability.
Uphold company policies regarding time, expenses, ethics and professional standards.

Requirements
5+ years of project management experience in relocation, construction, furniture or facilities.
3+ years of vendor management experience.
2+ Years in a lead, supervisory, or management role.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
High school diploma required; additional education and certifications preferred.
Willingness to travel across the Bay Area and work nights/weekends as project requires.
Qualification/ Skills
Stellar organization skills with strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Financial acumen and experienced managing budgets.
Ability to work autonomously
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, office furniture, and space planning concepts
Top-notch interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
