The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, within scope, while maintaining a “client first” approach. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of their projects; sets deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of project and prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.

Responsible for working with a team to provide relocation services for equipment, office supplies, refrigerators, freezers, chemicals, biological specimens and all other items in a laboratory from origin to destination. Relocation may be onsite, local, interstate, intrastate or national.

The Space planner manages key client projects. Space Planners responsibilities include the identification of work environment business needs, develops the business case and aligns partners, represents as user team lead and voice of the customer and ensures success through sustaining activities.
