A complex project that required detailed coordination with the construction team due to multiple time constraints and deadlines associated with relocating almost 100% of all existing furniture, including workstations, conferencing, ancillary, accessories, art work and lab space.

Visions Management coordinated the relocation of the headquarters for F’Real. The relocation consisted of a multi-phase relocation of content, technology, engineering and R&D space. In addition our team coordinated the decommission of the existing space which included the liquidation/donation of existing furniture and equipment as well as the removal of low-voltage cabling, security, electrical and painting.

We have supported the relocation of their Headquarters into their current space in Redwood Shores as well as the relocation multiple offices across the country as well as the decommission of select spaces. Visions Management was tasked with relocating the World Champions, Golden State Warriors from Oakland to the newly constructed Chase Center in San Francisco. The relocation consisted of relocating 175+ employees along with technology, content, select furniture and high profile items under tight security and time constraints.
